The concept of Tele-training can be defined as an important part of the remote Education that with the appearance of the TIC it takes major relevance and using Internet like classroom or virtual space where to develop the activity.
E-learning, is a concept of remote education in which Integra the pedagogical use of the technologies of the information and other elements (didactic) for the formation, qualification and education of the users or students in line, that is to say, can be understood as a modality of learning within the remote Education and is defined as e-learning. It uses diverse tools and means like Internet, intranets, CD-ROM, productions multimedia (Texts, images, audio, video, etc.), among others… Literally e-learning is learning with electronic means: education directed by the technology.
E-learning is mainly electronic means for the remote or virtual learning, where you can interact with your professors by means of Internet. In addition you yourself you are the one that handles the schedules, is completely independent means. It constitutes a proposal of formation that predominantly contemplates to its implementation by means of Internet, doing use of the services and tools that this technology provides.
Within the remote modality, e-learning is one of the options that at the moment are used most frequently to take care of the necessity of continuous or permanent education. The generation of regulated programs of professional improvement is not in growth because a recognition exists of which the workers become qualified and they adapt to the new productive requirements. E-learning, given to its characteristics and the technological support endorses that it, is constituted in an alternative for which they combine work and update, since it is not necessary to go permanently to a classroom.
If the remote education is, from its origins, an option to take care of the formation of adult people, e-learning has the advantage of which the users choose their own schedules, and can enter the platform from any place where they can accede to a computer and they have connection to Internet. The virtual education gives the opportunity of which the student chooses his schedules of study thus becoming a very good option for those independent people who work and want to study at their free moments, on the other hand is important to mention that e-learning is an excellent tool that can help the users not only to learn new concepts but also to strengthen knowledges, increased therefore to the autonomy and the motivation of the students by different subjects.
The advantages that the formation offers online would be the following:
1 Practical immersion in surroundings Web 2.0
2 Elimination of space and temporary barriers (from its own house, in the work, a trip through movable devices, etc.). It supposes a great advantage for distributed companies geographically.
3 Practices in surroundings of virtual simulation, difficult to obtain in actual formation, without a great investment.
4 Real management of the knowledge: interchange of ideas, opinions, practices, experiences. Collective enrichment of the process of learning without geographic limits.
5 Constant update of the contents (logical deduction of the previous point)
6 Reduction of costs (in the majority of the cases, at methodologic level and, always, in the logistic aspect)
7 It allows a greater conciliation of the familiar and labor life
From ATALAYA LAN 2009 we are going to work on these points and to try to apply to the Tele-training like one more a tool for the simultaneously necessary Development and for the e-workers and those that are not it.
